The Jyväskylä Cricket Club was officially registered in June 2009 and currently has 13 members, most of whom are students or working in Finland for 1-4 years. The club holds indoor cricket sessions on Sundays and played friendly matches in Tampere and a tournament in Turku in 2009. Its objectives for 2010 are to recruit more permanent resident members and gain more outdoor playing experience at its home ground in Keltinmäki field.
